Nursing Home Manager – Epping Forest area
c£60,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a high quality group at a luxury purpose built home in the Loughton area. Our client is a well-resourced and privately financed group with a stable management team and very good staff retention rates.

Due to the current manager’s relocation the group are now seeking an experienced manager for the home. Rated “good” with CQC the home provides nursing, residential and dementia care to a mixture of private and funded residents.

Candidates will ideally be nurse qualified (not essential) but must have an interest and commitment to understanding and delivering high quality care. You will also need to be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and regulations with a proven track record in achieving compliance within a registered care home setting.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience but is offered up to £60,000 plus bonus scheme and benefits.
