About the Anwen Care Home Care Home Group

Anwen Care Home aims on providing person/relationship-centered-care for older people with advanced forms of all types of dementia. The essence in our approach is that we acknowledge that our residents have the same rights as all citizens and together with the assistance of the relatives we aim to ensure that each individual’s wishes and preferences are listened to and included to form part of the plan-of-care.

Anwen aims to provide all of our residents with an environment which allows them to live as normal a life as possible, given their individual, physical and dementia needs.
